XBlaster: Large Update

We’re beginning the new year with a large update at XBlaster!

We’ve started the new year with a bang at XBlaster: We’ve just put a large update online for you.

What have we improved?

1. When entering the new arena, the first shot sometimes didn’t have any effect; we have corrected this problem.
2. After beaming, the position of your mech was occasionally somewhat displaced and the power bar wasn’t visible – we fixed that too.
3. Sometimes after using the impulse weapon the position of the power bar jumped; we also corrected this error for you.
4. The premature beaming of mechs to transport into the arena was corrected.
5. Starting now you can rely on the impulse weapon to hit precisely.

We hope that by fixing these errors you’ll have even more fun with our game, and we wish you all a happy New Year with many exciting fights in the arena.

In order to add more excitement to your duels we have revised and optimized the ranking formula for your advancement to “Best Gladiator“.

Effective immediately:

Ranking points "Best Gladiator" =
Victory points + (Kill/100) + (Gladilevel x (Weapon strength total + Armor protection total) / 250)

For the ranking “Best User“, all the ranking points for your gladiators will be added and the sum will represent the total ranking points for your account.

Tips & Tricks: level up with tests

Ahoy Pirates,

On your journey across the seven seas you will need to complete a bunch of tests. Only the best make it to the top. In the pirate tests you have to win battles against dangerous sea monsters and other pirates on the high seas. The quests help you to collect valuable experience as a pirate captain. With this experience, the pirate test will be child’s play for you – but without any experience you’ll perish miserably.

Whoever passes the pirate test after completing all quests on one particular level will proceed to the next level – and can explore the Seafight seas on other charts.

Actionleague: New Clan Ranking

New Clan Ranking

Hi Sports

We have cleaned up the clan ranking! Until now the ranking was a average value taken from all clan members.
Since we have many 1 man clans in ActionLeague the ranking was not correctly calculated.

We have changed this now to make sure that the ranking is fair to everyone.
A clan will be actively calculated starting with 3 members. That means that all the points for the 1-2 player clans will be divided by 3.

Beginner Tips for Seafight

Newbie protection

Ahoy Pirates,

Getting started is easy! Because at Seafight you can take advantage of your newbie protection to learn the game on the Level I charts – without being attacked. So that everybody can sail in peace next to everybody else and finish their quests, you cannot attack any other players either.

To hone your attack skills, you can go after monsters and NPCs (computer controlled opponents). During these attacks you do not run the risk of being attacked yourself. That way you can train yourself in using your cannons and your ammunition.

As soon as you pass your pirate test, you advance to Level 2. The Level 2 maps confront you with new challenges: This is where real players fight against each other! You can attack other players and you can be attacked yourself!

So from Level 2 on just remember: The sea battle begins!
